Hello. I bought a takefile membership on dec 19. It charged me almost 30 dollars not 19.99. It all went famously despite the cost discrepancy. Until Jan 17 when they shut down the premium privileges 2 full days early. I did mot want to overpay and not get at least a full 30 day access. What is it with your host?
I contacted the support with the issue 3 different times showing proof of when I ordered and purchased premium yet they’ve done nothing.
